食用昆蟲作為一個營養豐富的蛋白質替代品，且在經濟養殖方面皆有良好表現，雖然目前社會對於食用昆蟲的接受度普遍較低，甚至會覺得噁心或恐懼，但在許多研究報告中皆建議以非原型食物的方式，如粉末、加工食品等形式，先逐漸增加大眾對於食用昆蟲的認識與嘗試，而在這個過程中，會於食用昆蟲的接受度亦會值見提升。

而酒類產品，作為一個文化、娛樂等產品，我們認為其與食用昆蟲結合的昆蟲酒，會是一個大眾較為願意嘗試的品項，達到讓顧客在品酒的過程中，愉快認識食用昆蟲的契機，進而不再對食用昆蟲有先入為主的負面印象。

所以我們團隊希望透過蟲逢酒的意象，有著昆蟲與酒相逢，亦有著重逢之寓意，讓食用昆蟲結合酒類產品，同時透過精緻的手繪，以高雅的昆蟲酒，與社會大眾相逢。

Edible insects are a rich source of nutritious protein, but their acceptance in society is currently low. Therefore, we aim to promote public awareness and encourage people to try them by introducing them in non-traditional food forms.

Alcohol combines cultural and entertainment value, making it an attractive pairing with edible insects.

Through the concept of "Flavors of the insect kingdom " we symbolize the encounter between insects and alcohol, showcasing an elegant insect-infused beverage through exquisite hand-painted designs that connect with society.
